Additionally, our credit union has a 7-member Board of Directors and a 3-member Supervisory Committee. Both the board and the Supervisory Committee meet on a monthly basis to set policy and direction of the credit union. The Board of Directors is elected by the membership and represents the membership in the day-to-day functions of the credit union. The Supervisory Committee is also elected by the membership and is charged with the auditing functions of the credit union and with monitoring the financial standing of the credit union.
