*Must be or become a Prevail Credit Union member. Must have a Prevail Credit Union Visa credit card before your Balance Transfer request can be considered. Balance Transfer forms must be signed or they cannot be processed. Transfers from your other creditors may take up to 6 weeks to complete. Continue to pay your current creditors until you have been notified the transfer is complete. Ask for complete details.
**Design Your Own Card! Now you may personalize your Prevail VISA credit card from a library of images or even upload a favorite picture. The cost to Design Your Own Card (DYOC) is $8.95. Please note, if you upload a picture, it will be reviewed to ensure it meets with rules governing copyright infringement and trademark laws. If you have questions or need assistance uploading an image, please contact Prevail.

- Apply online, however, we require a signed VISA credit card application to complete your new VISA file. Please print-out from above, complete and sign to include after your online application. Thank you.
- All balances transferred to a Prevail VISA credit card must come from outside the Credit Union
- The balance transfer request must not exceed your Prevail VISA credit card, credit –limit.
- Available based on applicant's credit qualifications
